This tart is beautiful. And sadly, takes work to get there. It’s not one of my easy recipes. Well, it’s still easy to make, there’s just a lot of resting time and different parts to create. With that said, you should absolutely make it–for it’s beauty alone! While “milk chocolate” in name, it still has an intense chocolate flavor thanks to the unsweetened cocoa powder in the crust. It’s chocolate center is light enough for a milk chocolate fan and the crust is bitter enough for a dark chocolate lover.
The addition of the bright pistachio, both in the crust and in the pistachio paste that lines the crust and creamy chocolate center, is really nice. Plus, you can add more on top for a nice finish. Martha Stewart always knows what’s up. And this one is a beauty.
