Yes, another Nutella recipe. Can you blame me? We buy our Nutella from Costco so I always have it around. And Fabien doesn’t like to eat the last layer of Nutella that clings to the sides of the jars, so I use it in my baking. Or I put ice cream in the almost finished jars and use that as my bowl. Either way, it gets used.
These muffins are perfect for Spring because even though Nutella is in it, it feels almost healthy. It doesn’t have a lot of sugar so it’s not overly sweet, and the Nutella is just 1 tsp. in each muffin. You could of course add more, as Fabien does. And you can also add more sugar if you like your muffins to be more indulgent.
