Speculoos & Raspberry Tiramisu

This is a very special Tiramisu. It is the most rich dessert I make and is worth every single calorie. It doesn’t taste anything like Tiramisu but it’s just as good (for the non-coffee lovers). The spiced speculoos cookie balances well with the rich mascarpone cream and the fresh bite of the raspberries take this dessert to a whole other level.
