Cinnamon Bundt Cake

This cinnamon cake is the perfect tea-time cake. My grandma would have loved it. It’s mild, light, and quite pretty.

It’s not over-powering in cinnamon, it’s incredibly moist and easy to slice, and it’s not fussy with frostings, filling, or competing flavors.

After baking, you spoon or drizzle a simple cinnamon glaze over the top, that soaks immediately into the cake. This helps maintain the moisture. It’s delicious served with a hot cup of coffee or tea.

Chances are, you already have all the ingredients in your cupboard too, so no time like the present to make your own. 😉
