It’s rare that I put anything savory on this blog. It’s even more rare that I put anything with meat! When I do, it’s because I absolutely love it. As is the case here.
These are the grown up version of pigs in a blanket. Puff pastry is used here, instead of a roll of crescent dough, for starters. Lol. And instead of a little smokey or mini hot-dog, we use sausage that gets mixed with others ingredients like fresh and dried herbs. You’re left with these delicate flakey pastries that make a statement with their burst of flavor.
