Honestly, these rival classic chocolate chip cookies. Seriously. They are one of my favorite cookies to bake. I can’t quite put my finger on why they’re so good. On principle, I hate raisins. So it seems odd that I’d like a dried cranberry in my cookie. Yet, for whatever reason, it’s SO good and makes the cookie even better. I’m also not a huge white and dark chocolate fan, yet those are the two chocolates added here. It’s truly a mystery then why these are my favorite cookies. The combination of all of these flavors, I guess, and the delicious buttery cookie dough is just unreal.
The slight acidity from the cranberries mix well with the sweet from the cookie and white chocolate chips. Meanwhile, the bitter dark chocolate brings all the flavors together in this perfectly soft and chewy cranberry chocolate chip cookie. Oh, and there’s no chilling time and they cook in 10 minutes. Watcha waitin’ for?
