Frosted Cranberry Cookies

I adore these cookies. They’re pretty AND delicious. And they literally melt in your mouth.

The actual cookie is soft, moist, and buttery, and has a little bit of cranberry sauce added to the dough for a subtle fruity note that perfectly counter-balances the sweet.

They’re then frosted and sprinkled with sparkled cranberry pieces. These are definitely the Christmas cookie to impress. They’re festive and taste so good.

If you’re still trying to use up any leftover cranberry sauce from Thanksgiving, these cookies would be a great option, in addition to Cranberry Sauce Muffins.
