Cranberry Sauce Muffins

Anyone else have leftover cranberry sauce from Thanksgiving?

Whether it be canned or fresh, jellied or whole, these muffins are the solution to your “random amount of leftover cranberry sauce” that shouldn’t be thrown out.

They are essentially like banana muffins but the bananas are swapped with cranberry sauce. True to banana muffin style, they are moist and delicious. They have olive oil and no butter, making them more wholesome both in flavor and snack choice. They may look slightly bizarre but I encourage you to try them. Plus, they only require one bowl and a whisk so they’re easy as can be.
