Chocolate-Covered Praline Bars

I recall the original recipe that these were inspired from, having the word “crack” in the title because of their addictive nature. I see why. And you will too.

These are simply too easy to make for such a delicious outcome. I almost wish I’d never tried them. Key word being, almost.

A layer of graham cracker spread with a simple homemade praline and the topped with melted chocolate.

Whether you make them for yourself in July, like I did, or whether you double the recipe around the holidays and gift them to co-workers and neighbors, you can’t go wrong.

They’re buttery, sweet, crunchy, and melt-in-your-mouth-y. They also taste like a million bucks, far superior to anything one might find in a wrapper at the store.
