I have been so excited to post this recipe. And not just because of the name I gave them. It took 28 years to create my perfect kid food and here it is. These pizza babies are small and somewhat calzone-like in nature. They are simply filled with tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, and herbs de Provence. And they are perfection. They can be adapted to incorporate your favorite pizza toppings. And their small size keeps you on portion control, which at least for me, is essential when it comes to pizza. I place them on a heap of fresh green salad. Easy and so delicious.
