This recipe is absolutely incredible. Smitten Kitchen gets it just right, yet again. I truly believe that this will be a go-to recipe for you too, especially if you make the crust in advance. I made the dough on the weekend, put it in the freezer, and didn’t see it again until mid-week, when I finally got my act together to make this for dinner. And it was SO easy. Just roll out the thawed dough, stir up the filling, and let it bake. The combination of artichoke and Parmesan is a winner in terms of flavor and the creaminess of the filling is the perfect texture. Enjoy!
