Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

This recipe is perfect if you are looking for a classic, soft, chocolate chip cookie. It’s safe to make because it makes only one dozen, so no need to worry about being left alone in a house full of dozens of cookies. If that’s just the type of predicament that you like finding yourself in, double the recipe.
