Olive Oil Cake

Honestly, the best sponge cake ever. So perfectly moist and sponge-y. The olive oil is subtle and delicious. You can put the glaze topping on first and then sprinkle with slivered almonds in a pretty design or stir the slivered almonds into the glaze and then spread it on top of the cooled cake. Enjoy!
