Pear Chocolate Chip Bundt Cake
I try to keep our kitchen stocked with a modest variety of fruit to snack on during the week. 🍌🍐🍊In reality, we tend to snack on cookies and leftover Halloween candy (eeeeks) 🍪🍬thus, the weekend rolls around and I have ripe fruit desperate to be baked. And so instead of baking my typical tarte aux poires this time around, I baked a cake.
A spongy #Bundt cake at that -- dotted with chocolate chips and chopped #pear. You can't go wrong with this recipe, especially during pear season, because a perfectly ripe, in-season pear is just so good...especially stirred into a cake batter. 😬 Honey also gets stirred in. The chocolate chips and honey compliment the pear really nicely and change it up from it's typical pear-ing (see what I did there? 😏😉) with vanilla. 🍐Enjoy!

To the newbies here, my husband is obsessed with Nutella. And thus, I've become obsessed with Nutella. 🥰 It's a staple in our home. And so this tart was inevitable.
