Leek & Goat Cheese Tart

Both leeks and goat cheese are very common ingredients in French kitchens. And together, they’re delicious. Making this recipe is a way to revisit these flavors of France.

This tart is crustless so you know what that means. Low carb and less work! It’s a great dish to make for an easy weeknight dinner. And it’s also suitable for breakfast or brunch. Fabien admittedly missed the crust, so if you think you will too, it’s easy to do. Just make this five minute All-Purpose Pastry Crust and continue recipe below. I’m personally the type to leave crust pieces on my plate so this recipe is perfect for me.

It’s easy to adapt to your preferences. I like crumbling extra goat cheese and fresh herbs on top and the end and serving along side a green salad. I also like all my food warm, so I love it directly from the oven. Fabien is the opposite and prefers it cold, which allows for a really clean cut. Enjoy!
