No-Churn Chocolate & Caramel Ice Cream

If I had known how easy it was to make ice cream without a machine, I may be able to afford rent in Palo Alto, from all the money saved on ice cream by the pint.

This ice cream is swirled with homemade chocolate fudge and caramel sauces. Each bite is sweet, with the perfect chew from the ribbons of caramel and chocolate. I suppose you could just make the ice cream base and save yourself the step of homemade chocolate and caramel , but honestly they each take less than 10 minutes to make and taste so much better. Not to mention are made with ingredients that you know how to pronounce.

A perfect summer dessert. If you, like me, are looking for other ice cream to add to your list, try this less sweet and less rich, but equally easy and delicious, No-Churn Coffee & Chocolate Chunk Ice Cream.

P.s. While it’s initially setting in the freezer, maybe 2 hours in, take a spoon and taste it during it’s mousse-y stage. Divine!
