White Chocolate Cinnamon Cookies

These cookies are exactly what I love in a cookie:

They’re super soft (short baking time).

They’re packed with flavor (all brown sugar).

And they please a crowd.

Honestly, they taste like little Christmas cookies. It’s the hint of cinnamon. And perhaps the white chocolate chips. I personally love the white chocolate chip in these. They pair really nicely with the cinnamon and they add a nice texture.

If you’re not into white chocolate, they can be omitted entirely. Also, if you don’t like desserts too sweet, they can be minimized. You can play around. Feel free to add other types of chocolates or nuts. This cookie dough is a great base for it.
