Cinnamon Roll Bundt Cake

I know, I know. Another cinnamon roll recipe. I can’t be helped. It’s my favorite. It only makes sense to have multiple recipes. Some have cream cheese frosting, others thick or thin vanilla glazes, some with no frosting at all. There are yeast based recipes for the classic cinnamon buns. There are quick loaves. Some are sweeter than others. Some can feed a crowd, while others will be polished off by your husband before you even get a picture…not speaking from experience, lol.

This beautiful Bundt cake is great for a crowd. It is sweet, moist, and swirled with cinnamon. The pecans, while optional, add a great crunch. And the generous vanilla icing makes it all very desirable. It can even pass as a breakfast/brunch item, pairing perfectly with coffee. Even though it has enough sugar to really be prized as a dessert. 😉
