This is the simplest recipe to make and it is so delicious it makes me want to cry. It’s a gluten free cake, made with almond flour. If I could, I would eat a “Galette de Roi” every day of my life, but usually it’s just available in January. To get that same buttery frangipane that I crave all year around, I can whip this up instead. It. is. so. good.
