Cinnamon Roll Cake

This is a short-cut recipe to my favorite cinnamon roll flavors. It is delicious! I repeatedly ask for it to be made for my birthday cake. The (non-dairy) buttermilk creates a soft, moist, and perfectly spongy cake. Then add cinnamon and cream cheese frosting to the mix and you’ve reached paradise. Enjoy!
